This lifestyle of minimal, eco-friendly, vegan living will not help you, the planet, or anyone else if you adopt what I call an eating disorder mentality. If you can't relax and enjoy yourself, because you HAVE to eat a certain way or beat yourself up mentally, are rigid on yourself, talk down, hurt yourself physically because you slipped up, you are missing the point. Love yourself, enjoy yourself, be fully yourself because you are worth that more than the pain of  'fucking up'.

This message is short and sweet today. I just want my readers to know that you always should meet yourself where you're at, make pushes forward and keep educating yourself. Your change will come. Love yourself first. It's more important and matters the most.
